SEO/GEO Manager

N26 is hiring an SEO/GEO Manager (Berlin, Germany). This is a Digital Marketing role listed on the official N26 careers site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search Strategy: Define, execute, and scale the multi-market organic search roadmap across N26 markets (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, and pan-Europe).
• Technical SEO Leadership: Partner with Product and Web Engineering on site speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• GEO / AI Search: Optimize content for visibility and citation in AI answer engines and LLM-based search.
• High-Intent Content Strategy: Build and optimize localized, compliant fintech content targeting high-intent keywords with Product Marketing and Brand.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or large consumer digital products across multi-language markets.
• Proven understanding of how LLMs ingest, index, and cite web sources, and experience optimizing content for AI platforms.
• Strong command of HTML/CSS, technical SEO auditing tools (Screaming Frog, log analysis) and structured data.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs and Semrush; SQL/Python/R a plus.
• Fluent English; German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong advantage.
