Задачи

• Manage the sales results for the entire portfolio in the South sales region
• Contribute to the development of sales plans and budgets
• Initiate and successfully close financing agreements within the assigned authority
• Monitor monthly sales volumes and implement corrective measures where necessary
• Manage the regional budget and ensure effective cost management
• Maintain relationships with distribution partners in the beverage wholesale sector
• Complete reporting tasks and provide information on time
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of six employees
• Define objectives for employees and evaluate results to ensure continuous improvement
• Provide operational support for ad hoc requests and take over tasks of Area Sales Managers where required

Требования

• Degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
• Extensive leadership experience in field sales or key account management within an FMCG company, preferably in the beverage industry
• Strong connection to the gastronomy sector, an established network, and awareness of industry trends
• Motivating leadership style and ability to handle complex challenges successfully
• Creative ideas and passion for sales development
• Familiarity with IT and CRM systems
• English for occasional small talk
• Valid car driving licence and high willingness to travel
