#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone's life.What if your ideas could change the way the world connects, powers up, or thinks?As a Staff Engineer Digital Design on our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleImplement and/or review subblocks of non-volatile memories (NVM)Contribute to the specification and definition of the microarchitecture of non-volatile memories for automotive applicationsEnsure that the digital design meets the requirements regarding functional safety and securityDrive technical decisions for your functional area and execute the implementationCollaborate closely with hard macro designers, verification engineers, digital design engineers, and firmware engineers to deliver thoroughly verified and robust IP solutionsCreate innovative architectures using the latest design techniques and toolsRun logic synthesis and perform design verification activities, including linting, CDC analysis, and RDC analysis  Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed A
degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field of
studyAt least 4 years of relevant experience in defining and implementing digital
circuits and functionalitiesExperience with the digital design flow, including RTL and gate-level
simulation, linting, logic synthesis, STA, UPF (low-power design), and DfTProficiency in HDLs such as SystemVerilog or VHDLStrong knowledge of C and scripting languages such as Perl or PythonFluency
