Senior Staff Motor Drive Solutions - Business Development

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Senior Staff Business Development Engineer for Motor Drive Solutions (f/m/d) to translate market needs into a winning EMEA strategy. The role spans defining roadmaps, supporting sales and FAE teams, and expanding the ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will work with HW/SW product groups, create compelling value propositions, and drive funnel growth while collaborating with distribution networks and customers. Travel up to 40% is expected.
