Vanderlande in Veghel, NL, seeks a Senior Compliance Counsel – Speak Up & Investigations to strengthen its Compliance & Ethics team. You will lead or support investigations, develop the Speak-Up framework, and ensure consistent handling of sensitive matters across the organization.

The role reports to the Executive Director Ethics, Risk & Compliance; collaboration with HR, Legal, Internal Audit and management is essential.
