Senior HVAC Engineer

• Own and follow up on the technical integrity, function, and documentation of HVAC systems.


• Ensure compliance with technical requirements, performance standards, and barrier management.


• Establish and optimize maintenance and inspection programs based on risk, condition, and reliability.


• Analyze failures and operational challenges, and identify improvement measures.


• Provide technical support for operations, maintenance, and modifications.


• Conduct technical assessments, risk assessments, and lifetime analyses.


• Monitor energy efficiency and contribute to the safe and robust operation of HVAC systems.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and best practices.

Required expertise

• Higher technical education.


• Relevant experience with HVAC systems in the offshore, energy, process, or other industrial sectors.


• Strong understanding of technical integrity, maintenance strategies, risk management, and technical barriers.


• Experience in operations, maintenance, modifications, or technical support for plants and installations.


• Knowledge of SAP and the use of maintenance systems.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn technical challenges into robust and practical solutions.


• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.

Location: Stavanger, with occasional offshore travel
