Head of Rooms & Guest Experience

The Hoxton, Oslo is seeking a Head of Rooms to lead housekeeping, maintenance and front office teams, ensuring outstanding guest experiences in a brand-new Oslo property. You will drive SOP adherence, quality metrics and service standards while managing the rooms P&L and budgeting.

You’ll mentor and develop a high-performing team, implement process improvements, and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to uphold The Hoxton’s guest-centric brand in Norway.
