We are looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Agents who are ready to start a new chapter abroad, gain international work experience and enjoy life in one of Europe's most exciting destinations.
No previous customer service experience is required. You will receive full training, support with your relocation and temporary accommodation when you arrive in Greece.
What will you do?
Depending on the project, you may assist customers with questions related to orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products or technical issues.
Your job is simple: listen to the customer, understand the issue and help find the right solution.
You will receive full training before starting, so you don't need previous experience.
Salary & Benefits
**€1,500 gross/month**
- **Monthly performance bonuses of approximately €150-€250**, depending on the project and your results.
You may also receive additional compensation for night shifts, Sundays and Greek public holidays.
And yes - **your training period is fully paid. You receive your salary from the beginning of your employment.**

What We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
✔ Speak Norwegian fluently (C2/native level)
✔ Speak English at B1-B2 level or higher
✔ Hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Greece
✔ Enjoy helping people and communicating with customers
✔ Have a positive attitude and are ready to learn
✔ Are ready to relocate to Greece and work full-time
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but **not required**.
Working Hours & Training
This is a full-time position of **40 hours per week**.
Your exact working schedule depends on the project, and some projects may include evening, weekend or night shifts.
Before starting your daily work, you will receive approximately **2-4 weeks of fully paid training** to learn everything you need for the role.
