Head Of Human Resources

Salary: €80,000-€100,000 gross per year + benefits

For our esteemed client, a hospitality-related company, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead and scale our People function. You’ll define and execute a forward-thinking People strategy aligned with business goals, while overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.

As a key leadership figure, you’ll shape our culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive engagement and performance across the organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

• Develop and implement a scalable People strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and culture development.
• Lead and develop managers across Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
• Oversee hiring strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.
• Drive performance, engagement, and retention frameworks.
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable People Operations.
• Monitor People metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.

• 6+ years of experience as a Head of People with direct report management.
• Proven track record in startups or scale-ups (Series B–C preferred).
• Strong ability to build and execute People strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish .
• Strategic, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
