Growth Lead, Organic Acquisition for Crypto Trading

Kraken is seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro is discovered and how curious traders become active. You will fuse brand ethos, product insight, and growth experiments to drive high‑intent signups and trades.

As a player-coach, you’ll lead a lean team, align cross‑functional partners, and ship UX improvements from landing pages to onboarding. You’ll build dashboards, run tests, and report progress to leadership with a bias for fast, responsible growth.
