Director of Global Payroll & Compensation

The Director Payroll at DE BORD INTERNATIONAL LTD will head a payroll team of about 15 specialists at the Geneva headquarters, ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing for all staff levels, from executives to production staff.This role interfaces with pension funds and insurers (SVA), advises on salary models, pensions and insurance, and shapes modern compensation structures across the group, working closely with Group Management, Finance and Controlling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
