Head of Delivery & Software Release Excellence

OneDoc is hiring a hands-on engineering leader who will partner with our CTO to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality releases. You will spend most of your day coding with the team and shaping technical direction, not managing Gantt charts. You will review designs, mentor engineers, and own the release lifecycle from cut to post-release checks. Fluent English is required; French is a plus in our Swiss environment. This is a hybrid role with on-site collaboration and remote work flexibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
