Legal Counsel: Contracts, Compliance & IP

Contract management: drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (sponsorship, media rights and licensing agreements) and contracts related to UCI events (hosting agreements, service provider agreements);Insurance programme management: reviewing insurance coverage related to UCI events and managing insurance claims;Managing the UCI’s trademark protection programme, including the UCI logo and rainbow trademarks;Managing debt recovery proceedings;Drafting, reviewing and updating regulations relating to the UCI’s various cycling disciplines;Managing publications and filings with the Commercial Register for the UCI and the UCI World Cycling Centre;Conducting legal research and drafting various legal documents, including legal opinions;Working closely with other UCI departments, providing advice on the application of regulations and the management of disputes involving cycling stakeholders;Supporting the Legal Manager on a variety of legal matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
