You will lead the global sales organisation, take ownership of key European accounts, and shape the commercial strategy and culture of the business going forward.The RoleLead and develop a sales team of front-line and technical sales professionals based in SwitzerlandTake full ownership of the commercial strategy across Europe and the USA, with a focus on rebuilding and expanding the European customer networkCoordinate with joint sales resources across other European markets within a matrix organisationRepresent the business at executive level with key accounts and strategic partnersBring a proactive, hunter-led commercial approach to a business that has historically operated more reactivelyAbout YouMinimum 5 years' management or senior commercial leadership experienceBackground in capital equipment sales within upstream, downstream or fill/finish environments, and significant exposure to pharma/biopharma plant or process engineering projectsA strong, active network of relevant customer contacts across EuropeFluency in German and EnglishComfortable in a largely on-site role based in Switzerland, with flexibility for 1-2 days remote per weekWilling to travel regularly across Europe to visit customers and represent the businessThe PackageBase salary CHF 160,000 - 180,000Uncapped sales bonusStrong Swiss pension, accident and social security benefitsThis is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of a commercial function at a pivotal moment for the business, with real autonomy to shape the strategy and team going forward. #J-18808-Ljbffr
