This is a 0-to-1 role with real influence—on architecture, on roadmap, on culture.Build core systems — APIs, integrations, automation infrastructureMake architecture decisions — no one's going to hand you a specShip features fast — from idea to production in days, not monthsWork directly with customers — understand problems, deliver solutionsSet the technical bar — your code becomes the standard for future hiresInfluence product direction — you're not just executing, you're decidingThis isn't optional. We're an AI company building with AI.Claude Code as your primary development environment—fluency requiredCursor, Copilot, Windsurf or similar AI coding assistants dailyWriting PRDs and specs that AI tools can execute effectivelyBuilding and orchestrating AI agents using MCP (Model Context Protocol)Experience with Claude API, GPT APIs for building AI-powered featuresUsing Google Stitch, v0.dev or similar for rapid prototypingStaying current with AI dev tools—things change weekly, we adapt fasterYou should be pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI-assisted developmentYou're a builder at heart.
