The incumbent will perform the following principal duties:Analyze and document the business, legal, regulatory and operational requirements governing assignment and recordation procedures for patents, trademarks, and industrial designs across jurisdictions.Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and harmonize assignment and recordation processes and requirements to support a globally scalable solution.Lead consultations and coordinate engagement with IP offices, IP owners, practitioners, industry associations and other stakeholders to identify requirements, build consensus, facilitate adoption and support participation in the development and implementation of GIPAP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
