Supply Chain Program Director

An international medical technology company is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to lead its program and project portfolio, strengthen execution and support business transformation in a regulated environment.The role combines strategic portfolio oversight with hands‑on leadership of new product introduction, supply continuity and cross-functional improvement programs. You will lead and develop Project Managers, establish clear governance and ensure programs deliver measurable business value.The role offers the opportunity to shape a more resilient supply chain, improve portfolio governance and build a scalable project management capability that supports business growth.The Role:You will help shape and deliver the supply chain transformation agenda through a combination of strategic oversight, cross-functional leadership and practical execution.Lead a portfolio of supply chain, manufacturing and business transformation initiatives, aligning priorities, resources and delivery plans with strategic objectives.Coordinate cross-functional programs that support new product launches, technology transfers and operational readiness, ensuring risks and dependencies are addressed.Strengthen supply resilience through proactive risk assessment, continuity planning and effective leadership during disruptions.Improve project delivery through consistent governance, clear reporting, practical tools and continuous improvement.Use business cases, performance data and analytical insights to support investment decisions, planning and supply network improvements.Lead and develop Project Managers and cross-functional teams, building capability, accountability and collaboration.Your Profile:We are interested in leaders who bring:At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, project management, manufacturing or operational excellence, with a strong record in program and portfolio management.Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in regulated industries, preferably medical technology, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.Proven people management experience, including leading and developing Project Managers, building high-performing teams and leading through change.Demonstrated experience in Product launch, supply continuity, supplier transfers and business transformation.Experience implementing PMO frameworks, governance systems, KPI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.PMP or an equivalent project management certification is required, APICS and Lean Six Sigma certifications are an assetProficiency with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner and related project management and analytics tools.Fluency in English, Additional languages are an asset.With a growing global presence and a strong commitment on innovation, the company is Strengthening its teams, leadership and infrastructure to support its next phase of growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
