CSL is expanding its external innovation capability and seeks a Director of Search & Evaluation to shape the Haematology portfolio. The role is hybrid onsite across Zurich (CH), Maidenhead (UK), Waltham (US), or King of Prussia (US).You will lead strategic sourcing, evaluate preclinical to Phase 1 assets, and drive early partnering strategies with BD.
