## Manager Financial GovernanceApply: Oftringen: Full time: Posted Today: JR # **Responsibilities*** Lead Financial Governance across the Group and ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting standards, and governance requirements.* Own and maintain Group accounting policies, procedures, and the Accounting & Reporting Manual.* Act as the subject matter expert for IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and complex technical accounting matters.* Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate the implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements.* Lead the assessment of complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and financing arrangements.* Oversee impairment testing, significant accounting judgments, estimates, and accounting position papers.* Partner with finance teams, auditors, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent application of accounting policies and successful audit execution.* Drive continuous audit and financial governance improvements through data analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, user training, and reporting insights.# **Requirements*** University degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.* Swiss CPA qualification is required.* Minimum five years of experience in Group Finance, Financial Governance, Audit, or Accounting within a complex corporate environment.* Deep understanding of financial governance principles, internal controls, and valuation methodologies.* Profound practical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Swiss GAAP FER.* Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA and/or ECC); experience with OneStream is beneficial.* Proven ability to work effectively across functions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and successfully drive initiatives through implementation.* Excellent command of written and spoken English is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
