Minimum 5+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience with a master's or PhD degree. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Experience working as a process engineer at either a semiconductor manufacturer or semiconductor equipment company preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally, strong communication skills in either Chinese, Korean, Japanese or German considered a strong advantage. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%. KAT typically travels internationally for 1-2 weeks approximately every 6-8 weeks. What We're Offering This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
