HSE Advisor – Hyperscale Data Centre Construction – Norway

HP4 Recruitment is looking for experienced HSE Advisors to join a major data centre construction project in Norway. You’ll be part of the site HSE team on a fast-paced, high-profile build, supporting safe delivery across civils, structural and M&E packages. The role Carry out site inspections and audits, and follow up actions with contractors Review RAMS, permits to work and lifting plans Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings Investigate incidents and near misses and report on them Support compliance with the project H&S plan and Norwegian regulations Track HSE data and contribute to weekly reporting and meetings What we’re looking for Previous HSE Advisor experience on large construction projects; data centre, mission-critical, pharma or energy experience is a strong advantage NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) Confident challenging unsafe behaviour and working alongside multinational subcontractors Fluent English; Norwegian or Scandinavian language skills are a bonus An HMS card (Norwegian construction ID card) is required on site. This role is open to permanent or contract work, however candidates must have the right to work in Norway without visa sponsorship, and experience working on large data centre projects, as well as LV packages. This role comes with accommodation and travel included, as well as a 3/1 rotation

Commissioning Manager, DC Norway

Our Client is a International Building Services Consultancy specialising in Validation & Commissioning Management. They are currently recruiting for a Commissioning Manager to work on a data centre project in North Norway. The project is due to run for c8 months and there is a phase 2 to follow. You will hold recognized Building Services qualification. Experience of Commissioning Management on Data Centre Projects is essential. Knowledge of specialist cooling Systems would be advantageous. You will be very knowledgeable about critical systems. You will have been project lead on large projects. You will have excellent interpersonal skills. You MUST have an EU passport. Rotation - 3 weeks on site, 1 week in UK working remotely
