#J-18808-Ljbffr

We deliver both the operative planning application and the underlying Python and C++ libraries for watercourse modelling, optimization algorithms, and running the SHOP optimization engine. Because both our own services and other teams build directly on these libraries, we care about good software engineering fundamentals: clean APIs, clear module boundaries, semantic versioning, and proper release management. We lean heavily into a traditional Linux environment : we develop on Fedora , distribute our software as native RPM packages, and ship our services as Helm charts deployed via Flux to Kubernetes clusters both on-prem and in the cloud. If you feel at home in the terminal, appreciate how Linux systems are put together, and are comfortable working over SSH, you will fit right in. Qualifications What we are looking for: Strong programmer in Python, with C++ (CMake) a strong plus and TypeScript a plus. Good at library and API design: clear module boundaries, versioned interfaces and deprecation paths, so others can depend on kort safely. Package ecosystem and CI: Linux packaging (RPM/dnf), GitLab CI and containers, so modules are easy to build, release and consume. Uses AI coding agents productively, for example for large mechanical refactorings, while caring about the quality and testability of what gets merged. Comfortable with cleanup work: large refactorings done step by step behind tests, deleting code, moving reporting and collectors out of STM without breaking operations. Thinks in terms of the developers who use STM: examples and docs so teams can use kort without help from our team. Good social and communication skills Fluent in English and preferably Norwegian Pro-active team player who feels responsible and enjoys challenging themselves Have a drive for excellence Other useful skills Kubernetes/Helm is a plus, not a requirement. Additional Information At Statkraft, you’ll shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match. Frontend Developer, UI & Interaction

🏢 Attensi AS 📍 Remote 💰 kr700 - kr900

Hey there! We’re Attensi, a tech company born in Norway with a passion for gamified simulation training. Since 2012, we’ve gone global, and today our solutions are used by some of the world’s biggest brands in 150+ countries and 50+ languages. We combine gamification, realistic interactive scenarios and decision-driven dialogues, all powered by our own game AI, to create immersive, hands‑on learning experiences. It’s a radically new way to deliver high‑impact training that scales across large organisations and actually sticks. We work with some of the world’s largest brands in energy, retail, hospitality, pharma, professional services and more, including Circle K, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Zurich and Novartis. We are currently 220 Game Changers across Europe and the US. Now, we’re looking for a Frontend Developer with a strong eye for UI and interaction to help shape the future of Attensi Creator. About the Role Creator is the platform our teams and customers use to build immersive training games without writing a line of code. As Creator moves fully to the web, we’re investing heavily in the authoring experience. We want it to be fast, clear and genuinely enjoyable to use, and to look as good as the training it creates. This is a frontend role for someone who cares how things look and feel, not just whether they work. You’ll build interactive, stateful, real‑time product experiences that make complex content creation feel effortless. Where a game developer obsesses over game feel, you’ll obsess over tool feel: responsiveness, clarity, flow and the visual details that make a tool a pleasure to use. AI is a big part of how we build, not just what we build. Our developers use AI tools every day to prototype, write and test code faster, and you’ll be part of shaping how we work with it as a team. You’ll work across a modern stack including TypeScript, SvelteKit, TailwindCSS, SignalR and AI‑assisted creation features, and, when needed, our .NET / C# backend. What You Will Do In this role, you will: Design and build the interfaces, interactions and user flows that power Attensi Creator Make complex content creation feel simple and look good for non‑technical users Make your own design decisions on features, from first sketch to shipped UI Develop AI‑assisted content tools, from our Creator Assistant to text, image and voice generation Use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow to prototype, build and ship faster Work with real‑time collaboration and live data using SignalR Dive into our .NET / C# backend when needed to ship features end to end Build reusable components and patterns that make the whole team faster What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you have: At least two years of frontend experience, whether in a job, at a startup or in another fast‑moving product environment Strong TypeScript and experience with a modern component framework. Svelte is a plus, and React translates well Experience building interactive, stateful web applications, not just static pages A strong eye for visual design. Your work looks good, you can explain why, and you’re confident making design decisions yourself Care for the details: spacing, motion, feedback and the moment something starts to feel right Hands‑on experience using AI tools in your development work A pragmatic, collaborative approach to building product Bonus points If you have experience with SvelteKit or TailwindCSS Figma, or designing interfaces before you build them Motion, animation, creative coding or game development Real‑time systems such as SignalR or WebSockets AI/LLM integrations such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs or similar Complex creation tools such as editors, authoring tools, design tools or developer tools .NET / C# A degree in computer science, interaction design or similar Built something cool? We’d love to see it, so send your portfolio along with your application. That could be school projects, freelance work, side projects, prototypes, case studies or anything else you’ve built. What we offer: At Attensi, you’ll join a fast‑growing scale‑up that’s already a global leader in gamified simulation training. You’ll work in a flat, open and collaborative environment with smart, talented colleagues across product, design, technology, AI and game‑based learning. You’ll have the opportunity to shape both the product and your own role over time, working on meaningful technical and creative challenges in a company with global reach and big ambitions. We work hard, but we also make time to have fun, from Attensi Days and sporting events to after‑work drinks, parties, game nights and company trips. Ready to be our next Game Changer? #J-18808-Ljbffr
