Studying diseases and diagnosing patients using PET/CT imaging should use a whole body/systems biology approach, i.e., a comprehensive whole-body characterization of disease, and it should be longitudinal and should use multiple radiotracers. However, LAFOV PET/CT is so new that we lack the necessary tools, methodologies, imaging procedures and skilled scientists to effectively address key applications in patient care and research. With the PREFERENCE project we aim to develop innovative LAFOV PET/CT methodologies to perform and support ground-breaking new clinical research. PREFERENCE will train the next generation of researchers specialized in LAFOV PET/CT who will capitalize on the new clinical and research opportunities of the LAFOV PET/CT system. By performing research in both academia and industrial groups, researchers within PREFERENCE receive training in a unique combination of (soft) skills across disciplines and sectors. YhtenĂ€ pĂ€ivĂ€nĂ€ saatat rakentaa kokonaan uutta ominaisuutta, toisena kehittÀÀ olemassa olevan toiminnon kĂ€ytettĂ€vyyttĂ€ tai suorituskykyĂ€ ja kolmantena selvittÀÀ integraatioon tai tietovirtaan liittyvÀÀ haastetta yhdessĂ€ muun tiimin kanssa. Et siis saa vain listaa toteutettavista tehtĂ€vistĂ€, vaan pÀÀset yhdessĂ€ muun tiimin kanssa ymmĂ€rtĂ€mÀÀn ratkaistavia ongelmia ja vaikuttamaan siihen, miten ne kannattaa teknisesti ratkaista. TyössĂ€si pÀÀset rakentamaan ja kehittĂ€mÀÀn jĂ€rjestelmÀÀ, jolla on jo merkittĂ€vĂ€ asema markkinassa, mutta jonka kehityksessĂ€ meillĂ€ on edelleen paljon kunnianhimoisia tavoitteita. Millaisia taitoja ja osaamista toivomme? Tekniset taidot. Miksi Fennoa? Fennoalla pÀÀset rakentamaan ohjelmistoja, joilla on aidosti merkitystĂ€ asiakkaidemme pĂ€ivittĂ€isessĂ€ työssĂ€. Fennoa on jo vahva toimija suomalaisessa taloushallinnossa ja Avaa kiinteistötiedonhallinnassa. Tavoitteenamme on nousta markkinajohtajaksi. PÀÀset kehittĂ€mÀÀn tuotetta sekĂ€ rakentamaan Avaa.work:n ja Avaa.io:n sekĂ€ Fennoan vĂ€lisiĂ€ ratkaisuja. LisĂ€tietoja saat HR-asiantuntijaltamme Maijulta, p. tai mhelenius(at)fennoa.com.
