COMPOSITE ASSEMBLERS WANTED - SWEDEN Mane are currently recruiting experienced Composite Assemblers to join an exciting marine project in Sweden, working on high-end luxury yacht carbon fibre components. What's on offer: Immediate starts available Long-term contract Accommodation provided 48+ hours per week Weekly payments Opportunity to work on luxury marine projects Key Responsibilities Assembly and fitting of carbon fibre/composite components Working from technical drawings and specifications Working on construction of the boom, laying pre preg, fitting core, bagging for de-dulking and curing building a number of smaller components on a flat table and from moulds. Set-up and assembly - aligning large and small components, secondary bonding and taping in. installing hardware, sheaves, cylinders, dogbones and pins. Paint Technician

Marine Sander / Surface Finisher Location: Sweden Contract: 6 months, with potential extensions Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime MANE is recruiting experienced Marine Sanders and Surface Finishers for an exciting luxury yacht manufacturing project in Sweden. You will be responsible for preparing and finishing fibreglass and composite yacht components to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Sand and prepare fibreglass, GRP and composite surfaces. Carry out surface preparation before painting and coating. Remove imperfections, defects and excess materials. Perform filling, fairing and smoothing of yacht components. Use orbital sanders, grinders and other finishing equipment. Inspect finished surfaces to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish. Follow all health and safety procedures. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of sanding, surface preparation or finishing experience. Previous marine, yacht, fibreglass or composite experience preferred. Experience using sanding and finishing equipment. Excellent attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must speak English. You will be working on the construction, installation and finishing of high-quality yacht interiors and marine structures. Key Responsibilities Install wooden panels, cabinets, flooring and interior fittings. Manufacture and assemble bespoke yacht furniture and joinery. Carry out precision cutting, shaping, fitting and finishing. Work from technical drawings and measurements. Install interior wall panels, ceilings and other yacht fittings. Ensure a high standard of workmanship and finishing. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of carpentry or joinery experience. Marine carpentry or yacht interior experience preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading marine manufacturer, contributing to the construction, assembly and finishing of high-quality luxury yachts. Key Responsibilities Construct and assemble yacht structures and components. Fit and install interior and exterior boat components. Work with fibreglass, composite materials and other marine materials. Carry out repairs, modifications and finishing work. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ensure all work meets high-quality marine manufacturing standards. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of relevant boat-building experience. Previous marine or luxury yacht manufacturing experience preferred. Confident using hand tools and workshop equipment. Good English communication skills. Must have the right to work in Europe.
