My client is looking for an EA to support their Managing Director in their day-to-day activities. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will act as a trusted partner, organising, managing, coordinating and following up on all activities that support them.

What you'll do:

Streamline and improve administrative processes

Manage schedules and diaries

Handle correspondence and filing

Screen telephone calls

Draft correspondence and meeting minutes

Arrange travel and appointments

Manage communications

Prepare for meetings

Prepare and update legal documentsWhat you'll need:

Bilingual proficiency in French & English is essential

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent writing skills in French and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and AI tools

Knowledge of administrative management and professional writing standards

Legal knowledge, particularly company law, employment law and social legislation

Knowledge of personnel administration and budget management

Ability to develop reporting tools and dashboards

RELEVANT INDUSTRY AND ROLE EXPERIENCE, NEED TO SPEAK FRENCH AND ENGLISH, LEGAL EXPERIENCE ONLY. PARIS BASED. What is in it for you:
