Cyber Response Lead - Hands-on SOC & Team Growth

Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw is hiring a Cyber Response Technical Team Lead to lead a Senior Cyber Security Analyst team within our GSOC. This role blends hands-on security work with people leadership, driving improvements in incident response, playbooks, automation, and AI adoption.

You’ll manage performance, coach staff, and coordinate across multiple cyber security teams while staying engaged in high-severity investigations. Hybrid work from Poland with some days in Warsaw.
