Ai Project Manager

🏢 Sateliot 📍 barcelona

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company with one goal: connect everything, everywhere. Founded in 2018, we've built the first satellite constellation that lets standard commercial devices communicate directly from space. Our technology bridges the gaps that terrestrial networks will never reach, bringing affordable and secure connectivity to industries, governments, and communities across the planet. Learn more: About the team & this role Sateliot is building its AI capability from the ground up. This is an early role on a team that is still taking shape, which means real ownership and the chance to shape how AI projects are planned and delivered at Sateliot from the start. As AI Project Manager, you make sure the right AI projects get built, well and on time. You own the delivery of each project end to end: understanding what's needed, planning across the team, and keeping scope, timelines, budget and dependencies under control so that everything we build lands on the roadmap it was meant to serve. The scope goes beyond individual projects, though. The AI team is organized in several connected verticals, and you are also the person who keeps that whole engine running day to day: managing the team's work in tools like Jira, making sure every task across every vertical is visible, owned, on track and unblocked. You track not only where each project stands with its stakeholders, but how the team itself is functioning at task level. What you'll do At project level: Understand the need: work with requesters and end users to understand what each AI project must actually solve. Plan across the team: coordinate with the different areas of the AI department to plan each project in the most effective way. Run each project: manage scope, timelines, budget and dependencies for every AI project, end to end. Avoid duplication: keep visibility across the portfolio so effort isn't duplicated between projects. Deliver: ensure each project ships on time, at quality, within budget, and aligned with Sateliot's roadmap. At team level: Own day-to-day execution: run the team's task management in Jira (or similar) - boards, backlog, priorities, deadlines and task status, always up to date. Track implementation at task level: follow product build closely, spot blockers, delays and risks early, and push them to resolution. Cover all verticals: apply the same task-level follow-up to every workstream of the AI team; product implementation,R&D, data science, learning & development, so the whole team operates as one connected system. Make progress visible: give the team and stakeholders a clear, current picture of what's moving, what's blocked and what's next. What you bring Proven experience managing technical, software or AI projects end to end. Strong command of project management fundamentals: scope, planning, budget, risk and dependencies. Hands-on, daily-driver experience with task management tools like Jira (or similar): boards, workflows, backlog management and reporting. Experience running a team's agile day-to-day execution, sprints, stand‐ups, task follow‐up, unblocking, not just high-level project plans. Comfort tracking different kinds of work in parallel, where progress doesn't always look the same. Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders, and to keep both aligned. Fluent level of English. Bonus if you have Experience in AI/ML, data or other deep-tech projects. A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or an agile/Scrum credential). Genuine curiosity about space, connectivity or IoT. How we work We lead with humility, move fast, and take ownership. We collaborate without ego and measure ourselves by real impact, not titles or hierarchy. We hire people who already live these values. What we offer Real impact on one of Europe's most ambitious space projects. Growth: we cover 50% of courses or master's degrees (up to 5% of your salary), plus Spanish and Catalan classes. Health & balance: 50% on private health insurance and Urban Sports Club, a flexible schedule, and hybrid work, we focus on results, not hours. Flexible Compensation: flexible compensation through Cobee (meal, transport, kindergarten). A truly global team: 20+ nationalities building something genuinely new - and genuinely nice to work with. Great vibes, real teamwork. A real welcome: a dedicated buddy from day one. Life outside work: we organize leisure and sports activities both during and outside working hours - because great teams connect beyond the screen. Catering: if you don't have time to cook, we partner with a catering company so a freshmeal is sorted, no need to think about it. Parking: on-site parking at the office, with Sateliot covering 50% of the cost - plus free bike parking if you prefer to pedal in. Sateliot is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and business needs, without discrimination on the basis of any legally protected characteristic.

Regional Growth Associate

🏢 Qida 📍 barcelona

About Qida 😊 Qida is a social impact scale-up founded in Barcelona in 2018 with the vision to become the European leader in services to the elderly at home. Our goal is to keep elderly patients at home, for longer, through both caregiver services, as well as insurance, data and technology. By doing this, the ultimate goal is to support health and social care systems in their path to long-term sustainability. In other words, Qida is not "another" home-care business. It is a business that uses data, tech, and partnerships with public and private institutions to transform how, when and where care is delivered. It works to "fix the health and social care system and on the back of it, creates a good business", not "making a business out of a broken system that remains unfixed." Seven years after inception, we have scaled the business to 100M€ GMV, 250+ office employees, over 5,500 active caregivers, entered profitability (EBITDA 0) and have partnerships with the largest private hospital chain in Spain (QuirónSalud), the largest bank, the largest life insurers in Spain, and over 50 public institutions across the country. We are B Corp and invested by the 3 largest social impact funds in Spain, together with Kibo Ventures, a leading Southern Europe VC. We have plans (and funding) to grow 10x in the next 5 years. And this position is core to this growth and sector transformation we are doing. What will your role be? The Regional Growth Associate is the owner of local growth in every market. Your goal is to maximize market share per market, understanding growth as Sales and Margin. You define and execute the growth strategy of your markets, with autonomy. You report directly to the Regional Director and work hand-in-hand with the Prescription team, Acquisition, Brand, Salesforce Effectiveness and Ops Excellence teams. We expect you to be understanding the day to day of the market and be hands-on working with the functional teams. Key areas: Pricing & Operating Model Lead the definition of the pricing model of your markets. Lead the definition of the operating model: what we serve and where. Local Growth Actions Run "guerrilla marketing" actions in your markets. Manage local commercial offices (where applicable). Test and prove new points of view before scaling them. Market Intelligence & Analytics Analyze local competition: benchmark each market (who is there, pricing, value proposition) and propose price and service improvements. Track growth metrics per market through dashboards. Identify M&A assets in your region and share them with the M&A team. Orchestrate cross functional efforts for Growth Manage local prescription and 1:1 relationships, and organize and sponsor local activities (sessions, courses, fairs, breakfasts) with the Prescription team. Identify new prescriber portfolios, partnerships and B2B or prescription agreements with the Prescription team. Run local paid and social campaigns, adapt messages and define the MGM model with the Acquisition team. Activate local branding (local campaigns, door-to-door, local PR, out of home, brand placement) with the Brand team. ¿Who are we looking for? Good person, humble, willing to grow and learn. Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, city launch or local expansion roles in start-ups/scale-ups/buy & build platforms (e.G. city launcher, city manager, growth manager, integration manager). Comfortable with data: builds and tracks their own metrics and dashboards, and makes decisions based on them. Ideally have a private car and willingness to travel across markets Strong people skills: able to influence and work hand in hand with teams that do not report to them (Acquisition, Brand, Ops). Extremely hands-on. This is not a position to "oversee", "manage", "only think". This is a position to "think" and "do", in the field and in the markets. Fast learner and willing to grow fast in a fast-paced environment. Spanish-speaker (fluent C1 level). Based in Madrid or Barcelona with frequent presence in the markets of the region Why join Qida? Our employee value proposition is clear: Good people : Humble individuals, free from internal politics, who treat others with respect and genuinely care about them. Great talent : We strive for the highest density of talent, combining high agency (motivation, ownership and intensity) with high intrinsics (fast learning and skills that meet our high standards). Continuous growth : We invest in feedback, training and clear, motivating career paths. We look for people who are driven to learn and grow, rather than stay where they are. A high-intensity, ever-changing environment : A fast pace and higher expectations, particularly in corporate teams and leadership roles, with long working hours and flexibility. We expect everyone to adapt and drive change. It's not for everyone. Purpose and impact : We work on something that truly matters. We improve the healthcare and social care systems and the lives of older people, their families and those who care for them. We care for one another : We support each other and promote healthy habits, connection, transparency and active listening. Competitive compensation : We offer market-aligned compensation and incentives that align us with the company's success. We don't want compensation to be the main reason people join, nor do we want to lose talent because of it. What do we offer? 🙌 Permanent, full-time contract in a growing sector. Hybrid working model : 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. 3 weeks of remote work per year from wherever you want. 23 days of annual leave + your birthday off. Benefits and flexible compensation : Access to perks and discounts on health insurance with Adeslas, as well as access to Payflow. Qida Connect : Office activities that bring us together, including sports classes, activities, breakfasts, Pizza Days and after-work events, as well as QidaDay once a year and QidaParties! ¿You're interested? 🚀 Apply for our open position and help us change the world. At Qida, we champion diversity and strive to build a team that reflects our company values. All our decisions are based on people's competencies and skills. We value a passion for discovering, reinventing and building. As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we encourage people with disabilities to apply. A Disability Certificate (CUD) with a disability rating of 33% or higher will be valued. If you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please don't hesitate to let us know.
