Product manager for brand storefronts

In this role, you will shape the product vision for how top brands showcase themselves and connect with millions of buyers on Allegro. You will take end-to-end ownership of our Brand Store ecosystem, empowering brand partners to create distinctive, engaging storefronts across the marketplace.

• Define and execute the product strategy for Allegro’s Brand Stores and self-service creation tools.
• Lead the rollout of a scalable self-service platform that enables brand partners to easily build and manage rich storefronts.
• Expand and distribute modular brand components across key touchpoints, including the homepage or category pages.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, UX designers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
• Champion visual excellence and intuitive UX across Brand Store formats, integrating modern media (video, rich showcases, brand drops).
• Drive cross-functional alignment and strategic negotiations across diverse teams and domains.
• Own product performance, track key metrics, and run data-driven experiments to maximize business impact.

Требования:

• Bring proven experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, content platforms, or self-service tools.
• Combine strategic thinking with a sharp eye for visual design and great user experience (UX).
• Have a product-builder mindset, comfortable with rapid prototyping and using modern AI tools to test hypotheses and accelerate delivery.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and navigate organizational dependencies.
• Are outcome-driven, comfortable owning ambitious business goals, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
• Have professional working proficiency in English (at least B2+ level).

• Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4 days in the office / 1 day remote) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
