The remit spans merchant servicing and onboarding, disputes, AI-enabled digital self-service, client growth and retention, and transaction operations. This is a business strategy and operating-model leadership role, not an AI development role. The role holder will: Set the AI agenda and portfolio priorities for PMI Operations, linking investment decisions to customer, commercial, operational, workforce, risk, and control outcomes. Define where AI should assist, recommend, process, or decide, including the level of autonomy and human oversight. Establish the framework for safely progressing from AI-assisted to human-supervised and, where appropriate, AI-led operations. Represent the PMI Operations AI agenda in enterprise and business-line governance forums. Define how people and AI work together, including the capabilities, roles, and adoption measures required for a blended workforce. Key Responsibilities Own the AI and agentic decisioning strategy across PMI Operations, translating business priorities into a portfolio spanning merchant servicing and onboarding, disputes, digital self-service, client growth and retention, and transaction operations. Define the AI autonomy framework, including autonomy levels, confidence thresholds, approval and override rules, escalation paths, exception handling, and progression from human-led to AI-led processing. Turn operational judgment into decisioning logic, using quality findings, escalations, fallbacks, and exception patterns to refine decision rules, workflows, and the AI roadmap. Shape the AI-enabled digital self-service strategy, improving intent capture, IVR containment, deflection, and routing while protecting customer experience, retention, and commercial outcomes. Own the AI portfolio and value realization framework, defining success measures, tracking impact across revenue, retention, leakage, cost-to-serve, quality, cycle time, straight-through processing, and automation coverage, driving reuse across regions, and recommending where solutions should scale, evolve, pause, or stop. Benchmark AI against human decisioning to determine where autonomy should expand, tighten, or change based on commercial, customer, operational, and control outcomes. Champion responsible AI and lead governance, ensuring decisions remain explainable, monitored for bias and drift, audit-ready, and appropriately escalated, while guiding use cases through enterprise AI intake, compliance, inventory registry, model risk, technology, and business change processes. Define the blended human-AI operating model and workforce readiness, setting adoption expectations, clarifying how teams supervise and improve AI-enabled work, partnering with Talent and Global L&D on roles and skills, and shaping how AI-agent transactions, evidence standards, and accountability are managed in emerging workflows. Executive Leadership Profile Industry & Operational Expertise: 10+ years’ experience in payments, financial operations, decisioning, strategy, or transformation within financial services, including enterprise or multi-region leadership in operational environments. AI & Decisioning Expertise: Expertise in decision science, risk-based decisioning, and applied AI, including generative AI, agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, vendor ecosystems, and AI-enabled operational decisioning. Governance & Risk Management: Experience defining or operating AI governance, operational risk, autonomy threshold, or human-in-the-loop control frameworks, ensuring AI-enabled decisions are controlled, auditable, and aligned with regulatory and risk expectations. Awareness of emerging AI governance across EU and US desired. Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic judgment, with the ability to assess opportunities, evaluate value, balance risk and reward, and translate complex operational, technology, risk, and AI topics into clear business decisions and executive recommendations. Python Developer ID82555

🏢 AgileEngine, LLC.https://static.whatjobs.com/static/ajCore/img/jobPosting/companyLogo/whatJobs_ob_default.png

AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and trailblazing startups across 17+ industries. We rank among the leaders in areas like application development and AI/ML, and our people-first culture has earned us multiple Best Place to Work awards. WHY JOIN US If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Python Developer to build and scale an event-driven integration platform, including APIs, resilience mechanisms, and AI-facing integrations. MUST HAVES At least 4 years of production experience with Python — typed, tested, packaged services and APIs, not just scripting — with solid development fundamentals: data structures, design patterns, concurrency and asynchronous programming. Solid grasp of event-driven and asynchronous architecture : messaging, durable logs, at-least-once delivery, idempotency, retries, dead-letter queues, replay and backpressure. REST API design and practical OpenAPI experience ; willingness to work to AsyncAPI contracts. Apache Kafka or an equivalent streaming platform. GenAI-assisted development — you actively use AI coding agents in your daily workflow, or are demonstrably keen to adopt them. We build with these tools and expect everyone in the squad to be fluent in them, including the judgement to know when their output cannot be trusted. Testing discipline (pytest, contract testing), CI/CD pipelines , Linux, Git and containers. Methodical problem-solving and debugging across distributed systems. Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain a trade-off (consistency versus availability, synchronous versus asynchronous) to a global audience and defend it in architectural review. A genuine desire to keep learning, and to evaluate new tools thoroughly rather than adopt them uncritically. NICE TO HAVES Building GenAI-facing products: agent skills, tool-calling protocols, retrieval pipelines, or LLM API integration. Integration experience with large commercial SaaS platforms, particularly ITSM or ITAM products. Relational and NoSQL databases; GraphQL; OAuth2 and enterprise identity integration. ITSM/ITAM domain knowledge — incident, change, service request, configuration and asset management. Experience decommissioning legacy integrations and running deprecation programmes. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build and evolve the backbone — a Python service handling an observation / intent / outcome event taxonomy, a durable replayable event log, and workers that translate events into operations on the ITSM platform. Design and maintain contract-first interfaces using OpenAPI and AsyncAPI. Build the correlation and decision layer that turns incoming signals into the right ITSM actions — deduplicated, correlated, and applied exactly once. Design and deliver the platform's resilience mechanisms — keeping the service usable, and consumer requests safe and recoverable, when the upstream vendor platform is degraded or unavailable. Build multiple access patterns over a single async core — fire-and-forget, submit-and-poll, webhook and stream subscriptions, and bulk/micro-batch ingest — so each consumer integrates at the level its use case demands. Develop the event type registry and self-service onboarding, so consuming teams register their own event types, handlers and subscriptions. Build GenAI-facing integration surfaces — agent skills and tool-calling interfaces that let AI agents discover and consume the platform safely. Modernise and migrate legacy integrations onto the new platform through managed deprecation paths, without disrupting existing consumers. Own quality end to end: code review, coding standards, contract and integration testing, observability, and production support of what you ship. Take part in squad ceremonies and customer-facing meetings; work directly with consuming teams to understand their requirements and constraints. Autonomously take ownership of a component or an entire project, and work with the squad's technical architect to document significant decisions as architecture decision records. PERKS AND BENEFITS Professional growth : Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps. Competitive compensation : USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets. Exciting projects : Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies. Flextime : Flexible schedule with remote and office options. Meet Our Recruitment Process Each step helps us understand your skills and overall fit. If it’s a match, you’ll receive an offer. #J-18808-Ljbffr

Production-Driven AI Image Architect — Remote

🏢 Puffyhttps://static.whatjobs.com/static/ajCore/img/jobPosting/companyLogo/whatJobs_ob_default.png

Own AI image generation for a $1Billion+ brand. Produce hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery that meets brand standard consistently, at production volume. Total Annual Package: Up to USD $88,000 + comprehensive benefits (Base salary + monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of base) Location : Remote (Global) Growth path from here is Senior AI Image Specialist → AI Creative Lead. What takes 4-5 years elsewhere happens in 1-2 here. We've been AI-first since December 2023 : GPT Image and Nano Banana Pro are part of the working creative stack, and AI-generated imagery is used in live production work rather than kept to internal tests. You'd be building on a foundation, not evangelising one. This position is remote, with the option to work from our Dubai office (with 0% income tax), if preferred (relocation and visa sponsorship support available). Role Overview Puffy, a market-leading, nine-figure D2C brand and Top 5 US mattress brand with over $1Billion in sales, is hiring an AI Image Specialist to own AI image generation for Puffy.com, covering photorealistic hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery across ecommerce and marketing, owning the prompting approaches, reference workflows and production standards behind it, and applying UI/UX design to the layouts that imagery lands in, reporting directly to the UX/UI Design Lead. This role exists to make AI generation dependable enough to be the production route, building the prompting approaches, reference libraries and quality standards that produce brand-standard imagery at volume, to a predictable result. The Problems You'll Own: Primary : Consistency at brand standard: Producing one strong AI image is straightforward; producing them consistently is not. You'll be responsible for hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery that meets brand standard every time, with an actual Puffy mattress rendered accurately inside a fully generated environment. Every image is judged on whether it delivers the brief's objective, not on how it looks alone. The work is making AI dependable enough to be the production route. Secondary : Raise what the whole team can produce: The second outcome of this role is what the wider Design team can do. You'll develop the best practices, prompting techniques, reusable reference workflows and quality standards that let existing designers produce to a comparable standard, raising the whole team's output alongside your own. The Career Accelerator This is not a role where you run prompts written by someone else and hand the output on. The scope is scarce: very few AI image specialists own the prompting approaches, the reference workflows, the production standards, and the adoption of all three across the design team at once, with a direct line to the UX/UI Design Lead and no layers in between. Your first 12 months: build the AI-assisted workflows behind Puffy product, hero and lifestyle imagery, with photorealism and product accuracy as the bar. Develop reusable prompting approaches, reference-image workflows, and the production standards that keep output consistent at brand standard. Create and test AI advertising creative with the Growth team, and take outputs through compositing and retouching to final creative. Apply UI/UX design to ecommerce page layouts and image placement with Design and CRO, strengthening visual hierarchy and mobile usability. Evaluate new image-generation tools and models, and adopt what earns it. Shape the future of creative production at Puffy, where imagery carries the product on every commercial surface. What Is In It For You This isn't just another AI design role. This is your chance to become a true industry architect. Own the Production Standard, Not Only the Output You set the prompting approaches, build the reference workflows, and decide when an image is ready to ship. You determine how Puffy product, hero and lifestyle imagery is produced: the prompting techniques, the reference-image workflows, the compositional control, and the retouching route to final creative. You hold the standard an image is measured against, on the objective in the brief, on brand consistency, and on how it performs in the live layout. You report to the UX/UI Design Lead, who sets creative direction and holds that bar with you. Join a High-Performance Organization and Partner with the 1%: Puffy: Top 5 Mattress Brand in US with Over $1Billion USD in Sales Work directly with Forbes Council Member CEO. Your vision is the company's vision. Gain firsthand exposure to strategic decisions and high-velocity execution that drives a global brand Embrace Radical Flexibility Work from anywhere in the world with meaningful time zone overlap. Structure your environment around your best thinking, whether that's a home office or a co-working space. Your output is your credential, not your location. Become the Specialist Whose AI Work Reaches Production In most companies, AI imagery stays a proof of concept: shown internally, rarely trusted on a live site. Here, your output publishes to a $1Billion+ ecommerce site and into paid creative carrying real budget. When a page needs a hero image or a campaign needs creative, your work is what ships. You'll build the systematic control to reproduce a winning output on demand, and the commercial judgment to make an image serve its objective. Puffy has been AI-First since December 2023, so you'll build that judgment with an AI-native toolbox behind you rather than a stock library and a retouching backlog in front of you. What You'll Need Exceptional portfolio demonstrating commercial AI-generated imagery, particularly photorealistic product and lifestyle work, alongside UI/UX design examples showing effective page layouts and user experiences. AI generation and editing Advanced hands-on proficiency with ChatGPT Images / GPT Image models for image generation, editing, iteration and creative development. Advanced hands-on proficiency with Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image) for professional image generation and editing. Strong proficiency across the wider generative-image landscape: Midjourney, FLUX/Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly or equivalent platforms. Advanced prompt engineering and visual prompting, including reference images and multimodal inputs, together with strong image-to-image, inpainting, outpainting, compositional-control and iterative-editing workflows. Craft and production Places an existing physical product into generated environments without losing product fidelity. Works systematically enough to reproduce a winning output on demand, rather than regenerating until something lands. Advanced Photoshop, compositing and retouching capability to take AI outputs through to production-ready final creative. Hands-on UI/UX design experience, with judgement for how an image performs inside a live interface rather than as a standalone render. Working knowledge of how imagery behaves in layout: crop and focal point across breakpoints, legibility of type and calls to action placed over it, and how an asset holds at thumbnail and ad-placement sizes. Comfortable working inside an established design system and brand guidelines, and delivering finished assets in the formats the Design team and developers build from. Commercial output Delivers hero, lifestyle, ecommerce and paid creative to a brief with a stated marketing objective, not just attractive images. Reads a creative brief commercially and makes the calls that serve the objective. Good-to-Have DTC / ecommerce experience — especially creating product and performance-marketing imagery for consumer brands. Photography, CGI or 3D experience — strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials and photorealistic product visualization. Experience building and sharing AI creative workflows — including reusable prompts, reference libraries, templates or training that helps other designers adopt AI more effectively. The Puffy DNA: We're restless, perpetually hungry, and fast-paced, driven by an unwavering belief that we can outperform any competitor, regardless of their size. Be the Owner: We don't hire employees; we welcome owners. You're accountable for results, not activity. Execute with Urgency: We thrive in high-stakes environments by making thoughtful decisions quickly and acting decisively. Demand Excellence: We solve the hard problems that others can't, pushing the boundaries of our craft. Be AI-First: Daily multi-turn AI conversations challenge your assumptions. Go All-In: When the mission demands it, we rally as one team to cross the finish line.
